I believe in a lifelong learning process. I am very involved with different continuing education events at UWEC as well as directly in my field. I have recently obtained the e-Pro certification which basically says that I possess a high level of technology awareness. This is important to you because almost everything involving Real Estate is done with computers. On top of that I am a member of Active Rain a community and network composed of over 100,000 Real Estate industry experts. We collaborate and openly share ideas with each other. What this means for you is that when someone comes up with a new idea that works well for their clients I am one of the first to know. I am also constantly working to hone my own skills and share them with other agents. I have many fresh, new ideas that work well for my field. As you can see some of these techniques work quite well. Knowing Real Estate inside and out is more than just a job to me. That is why I am so involved.
