Doom and Gloom. Thats the news that everyone seems to be sticking to but is it really all that bad? I know our area has been spared somewhat from the overall foreclosure trend. The problem with the new plan is that it will probably “represent only 20 percent of delinquent loans.” I guess any help at this point is something but for sure more can be done.
